Vqura Clinic Portal

Overview

Following the success of the Vqura Assessment Portal, Flexonixs extended the engagement to build Vqura's complete internal clinic management system — a unified operational platform covering everything from front-desk appointments to back-office revenue tracking.

What We Built

A full-featured MERN-stack clinic management portal tailored to the day-to-day operations of a pediatric clinic. The system replaces disconnected spreadsheets and manual registers with a single, role-aware platform that the entire clinic team operates from — reception, doctors, and management.

Core Modules

• Appointment Management — Calendar-based scheduling for doctors with patient queues, slot management, and walk-in support.
• Doctor & Staff Management — Profiles, schedules, and availability management for the clinical team.
• Revenue Tracking — Billing, collections, and financial summaries giving clinic management real-time visibility into revenue.
• Service Packages — Define and manage service bundles, pricing tiers, and package enrolment for patients.
• Role-Based Access — Distinct interfaces and permissions for doctors, reception staff, and clinic administrators.

Technology

Built on the MERN stack — MongoDB for flexible clinical data storage, Express and Node.js for the API layer, and React for a responsive, role-adaptive frontend that works seamlessly across the clinic's devices.

Status

Actively in development alongside the Vqura Assessment Portal. New modules are being added iteratively in close collaboration with Vqura's operations team.
