The Challenge

Vqura, a pediatric clinic, had built years of clinical expertise into paper-based developmental assessments. Doctors and staff were manually recording observations, calculating scores, and tracking a child's progress across multiple visits — a process that was slow, error-prone, and impossible to aggregate at scale. The clinic needed a digital system that preserved their clinical logic without disrupting how their doctors worked.

What We Built

Flexonixs digitised Vqura's entire assessment workflow into a structured web portal. The platform replicates the clinical logic of their paper forms in a clean digital interface — preserving the way their doctors think while eliminating the inefficiencies of manual recording.

Core Features

• Digital Assessment Forms — All clinical checks and developmental milestones mapped directly from paper forms into structured digital workflows.
• Child Development Journey — Every assessment is timestamped and linked to the child's profile, creating a longitudinal development record visible across all visits.
• Role-Based Access — Doctors, nurses, and admin staff each operate a permission-scoped view of the platform.
• Report Generation — Automated clinical reports summarising assessment results, ready for parents or referral documentation.

Technology

The frontend was built with React and Next.js for a fast, form-driven UI suited to clinical workflows. The backend runs on .NET, providing a robust and type-safe API layer well-suited to the structured, data-intensive nature of pediatric clinical records.

Status

The portal is live and actively used by Vqura's clinical team. Development is ongoing as new assessment modules and reporting features are added in close collaboration with the client.
