The hotel group had grown from one to five properties over four years. Their booking 'system' — spreadsheets shared over Google Drive, a generic email inbox for enquiries, and a POS terminal at each property with no central reporting — was built for one property, not five.
During peak season, the front desk team at the flagship property was handling 300+ calls per day, with no way to check availability at sister properties. Guests booking through OTAs like MakeMyTrip were sometimes double-booked because OTA inventory sync was manual.
LuxeStay is a full-stack hospitality management platform: real-time reservation engine, OTA channel manager, POS integration, and guest communication automation — built as a mobile-first web app for front desk staff and a native tablet app for housekeeping.
The reservation engine syncs availability in real time across direct bookings and OTA channels using a webhook-based inventory management system. Overbookings became structurally impossible.
Guest communications — confirmation, check-in reminders, checkout follow-ups, review requests — are fully automated via Twilio WhatsApp and SMS, saving the front desk approximately 2 hours per day.
