The Challenge

Mental health clinics rely on standardised questionnaires to screen patients before their first consultation — but for children, students, and corporate employees, a one-size-fits-all approach rarely works. Limbiq Healthcare, a mental health clinic, needed a platform that could administer targeted assessments and generate clear, professional reports tailored to each patient profile.

What We Built

Flexonixs developed a MERN-stack psychological assessment platform for Limbiq Healthcare. The platform allows clinicians to assign pre-consultation questionnaires to patients across three distinct segments, and automatically generates structured psychological reports from the responses — giving psychiatrists meaningful data before the patient walks in.

Technology

The full MERN stack — MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js — allowed rapid development and tight integration between the assessment engine and the report generator. The system was designed to be operated entirely by non-technical clinic staff with minimal training.

Outcome

The platform was delivered and handed off to Limbiq Healthcare's team. What was previously a manual, paper-based intake process became a streamlined digital workflow — reducing time-to-consultation and improving the quality of information available to psychiatrists at every appointment.
