About this role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can generate leads through cold outreach and convert conversations into qualified opportunities.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and setting up meetings for the core sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cold calling to potential clients (India & international)
- Send personalized cold emails and follow-ups
- Use tools like apollo.io,hunter.io, etc. for lead generation
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain CRM and track outreach performance
- Continuously improve outreach scripts and strategies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in cold calling and email outreach
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic understanding of IT services
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Experience selling IT services and SaaS products
- Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho
- Experience with international clients
- Understanding of lead funnels and conversion metrics
