About this role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to drive growth for Flexonixs and our clients.
You will work on SEO, performance marketing, and content strategies to generate leads and improve online visibility across multiple industries including healthcare, startups, and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings
- Manage Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns
- Handle social media marketing and content planning
- Analyze traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
- Work with the design and development team for landing pages
- Optimize website content for search engines
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO (on-page + off-page)
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and keyword research
- Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
Good to Have
- Experience working in an IT service company
- Knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
- Basic understanding of WordPress or website CMS
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
